Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.Roll Out the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12x9 inches).Add the Toppings
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.Roll the Dough
