sugar, half a cup
Cake flour, 1/3 cup
Use half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
4-tablespoons diced cold butter
Instructions
Grease a 9×9 baking dish and set oven temperature to 375°F.
Flour, baking soda, and salt should be mixed together in a basin.
Whip the sugar and butter together in a separate bowl until light and airy. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
While combining, add the flour mixture in alternate batches with the milk.
Mix the blueberries lightly with the flour.
Evenly distribute the batter into the pan that has been prepared.
Crumble the butter into the flour, cinnamon, sugar, and salt to make the streusel. Disperse the batter on top.
To ensure a clean toothpick comes out when placed in the middle, bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve heated or at room temperature after letting cool for at least 10 minutes.
