Recipe for Mexican Rice Pudding (Arroz Con Leche):
7.25 cups of water

1 cup of white long-grain rice

A cinnamon stick measuring four inches

An evaporating 12-oz can of milk

A can of condensed milk, 14 ounces

1 cup of full-fat milk

3/4 cup of raisins, golden or otherwise


To personalize it, my buddy added drained pineapple, coconut, and pecans, but you may use whatever nuts you choose.
