I decided to whip up these Crispy Hashbrown Sausage Bites since I wanted something filling and flavorful.

Making these sausage and hashbrown balls is as easy as mixing the two ingredients and baking them until they are perfectly crispy.

Sausage Bites with Crispy Hashbrown Crust

Breakfast or brunch would not be complete without these bite-sized hashbrown sausages! Not only are they versatile, but they're also simple to manufacture. Ranch dressing, ketchup, or mustard are my go-to condiments.
What You Need:
One pound of breakfast sausage
Softened cream cheese (8 ounces)
A quarter of a cup is fast.
4 cups of shredded, frozen hash browns
1 and 3/4 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees.
incorporate all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to incorporate.
Make balls out of the mixture, making sure they are all about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
After lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, set the balls on top.
Cook for twenty-five to twenty-seven minutes.
