  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper , to taste

  • 1 bag (9–10 oz) Doritos , crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs , beaten
