  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh parsley , chopped (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Toast the Rice

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion (if using) and sauté until soft and translucent (about 3–4 minutes).
