One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup 🍔🥣


This comforting, cheesy, and hearty soup combines all the flavors of a cheeseburger with the ease of a one-pot meal. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you’re craving some comfort food with a twist!

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, with juice
4 cups beef broth
1 cup milk (or heavy cream for richer flavor)
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder (optional, for authentic burger flavor)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: Chopped pickles, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, or extra shredded cheese
