🍲 Chicken Tortilla Soup 🍲


This Chicken Tortilla Soup is a flavorful, comforting dish perfect for any day. Packed with tender chicken, black beans, and spices, it's a hearty meal that brings bold, satisfying flavors to your table!

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
Base Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (optional for heat)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes (with juices)
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
Optional Add-Ins
1 cup frozen or canned corn
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
For Serving
Tortilla chips or strips
Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
