This Seafood Bisque is a fancy, creamy soup that mixes the delicious tastes of crab, shrimp, and lobster. Great for special events or when you want to treat yourself to something fancy, this soup is both comforting and full of delicious seafood tastes.

1/2 pound of shrimp (shells and veins removed)
Half a pound of lump crab meat
1/2 pound of lobster meat (cooked and chopped)
Bisque Foundation:
4 tablespoons of butter without salt
1 little onion, cut into small pieces
2 pieces of celery, chopped into small pieces
2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of regular flour
3 cups of broth made from seafood or chicken
1 cup of thick cream
Use ½ cup of white wine or seafood broth.
2 tablespoons of concentrated tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (if you want it spicy)
Add salt and black pepper according to your preference.
Extra toppings you can add if you want.
Finely cut parsley
