Creamy Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque




Things needed:

using one cup of heavy cream
one cup of milk
Squeezed white wine, 1/4 cup
1 pound of crab meat 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 cup of butter
1 thinly sliced tiny onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 spears of finely chopped celery
1 finely sliced carrot
1/4 cup wheat flour
4 cups of broth, either seafood or chicken
Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
Combine one bay leaf with one teaspoon of paprika.
half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Add seasonings of salt and pepper to taste.
Chop some fresh parsley for the garnish.
