On chilly days, nothing beats a bowl of creamy cauliflower soup to keep you warm. The thick soup's silky texture is due to the herbs and milk.
What has to be done:
the amount of butter oil needed is 1.5 cups
Thinly slice half of an onion
Two cloves of minced garlic
Hulks out of a medium-sized head of chopped cauliflower
A mixture of four cups of chicken or veggie broth and one cup of heavy cream
Optional: minced fresh thyme for added taste thirty milligrams of powdered nutmeg
Season with salt and pepper separately.
1 cup of grated Parmesan may be added for a cheesier taste.
Chopped fresh parsley is ready for use as a garnish.
