Cabbage and eggs.


 

I prefer using a mix of 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil.
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 cup of thinly sliced cabbage
2 eggs that have been lightly whisked
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.


GUIDELINES:


Warm up a pan that doesn't stick on medium heat.
Put the butter or oil in the pan and spread it around.
Put the garlic in and let it cook until it smells good for about 20 seconds.
Put the cabbage in and cook, stirring often, until it becomes soft, which should take around 3 to 5 minutes. I prefer to cook it until it starts to turn brown, which might take a minute or two more.
Spread the cabbage thinly.
Add the eggs to the pan, slightly tilting it to distribute them evenly.
Cook the eggs for 15-20 seconds and then carefully fold them until they are fully cooked.
Take it off the heat and serve right away!
