2-third tablespoons of cornstarch
Soy sauce, 1 and 1/2 cups
150 milliliters of white sugar
brown sugar, 3/4 cup
1/3 cup of mirin
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
black pepper, 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
Get The Marinade Ready: Blend the cornstarch and soy sauce together in a bowl. Combine the white and brown sugars with the mirin, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Make sure to mix everything well until it's nicely blended.
