Bowl-Sized Egg Roll

Remove any pinkness from the ground beef by cooking it in a big, deep-sided pan over medium heat. Take care not to crumble the ground beef; instead, leave it in bigger bits.
Put it back on the stovetop after draining the oil. Once the garlic is minced and the onions have softened and become translucent, add them to the pan. The ground beef should be kept in bigger chunks.
Toss in the carrots, sesame oil, and coleslaw mix in the skillet. Combine using tongs. Allow to cook for about five minutes.
Mix the onion and garlic powders with the ground ginger, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Add the pork and slaw mixture and stir to combine.
Turn the heat down to low and keep cooking for another five minutes.
