▢ Warm olive oil in a big pan on medium-high heat. Put minced meat in the pan and cook until it turns brown, for about 3-5 minutes, using a wooden spoon to break it apart. Remove extra fat and put it to the side.

Next, add chopped onion to the same pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until it smells good.

Stir in the flour until it turns slightly brown, which should take around 1 minute.

Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring to mix. Put marinara sauce and mix in Italian seasoning, dried parsley, oregano, and paprika.

▢ Heat until boiling, then lower heat and let it simmer, stirring from time to time, until it thickens slightly, for about 6-8 minutes.

▢ Mix the cooked pasta with the beef.

▢ Then, mix in heavy cream until warm, for about 1-2 minutes. Try the food and add more salt and pepper if needed.

Next, add the sour cream and mix well.

Next, add the cheddar cheese and stir until it melts, for about 1-2 minutes.

Serve right away, and add parsley on top if you like.
