Pudding made with bread and butter.

Remove the edges from the bread slices, spread butter on one side of each slice, and then cut them in half diagonally to make triangles.
Put a layer of bread slices with butter facing up in a greased 9x9 baking dish.
Put half of the raisins and cinnamon on top of the bread layer.
Place another piece of bread on top of the first one and sprinkle the rest of the raisins and cinnamon on it.
In a pot, heat up the milk and cream, but be careful not to let it boil.
Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl using a whisk.
Gradually pour some of the warm milk into the bowl with the beaten eggs, and mix thoroughly.
After gently warming the egg mixture, mix it into the milk mixture in the saucepan once it has been taken off the heat.
Pour the creamy mixture over the bread in the baking dish and let it sit for 30 minutes to firm up.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Have fun!
