This recipe for Swedish meatballs and noodles was a big


In the Interest of The Meatballs
a few tablespoons of olive oil
ground beef, one pound
One big beaten egg and half a cup of breadcrumbs
½ chopped onion
quarter teaspoon of garlic powder
about 1/4 teaspoon of powdered nutmeg
one teaspoon of kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, freshly ground
Referring to the Dish
2-3 cups of egg noodles
2/3 cup beef broth and 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
One pint of thick cream
1 and 3/4 cups of grated Swiss cheese
For garnishing, chop some fresh parsley.
Salt (kosher) and pepper (freshly ground) to taste.

Make sure the oven is ready to go. It has to be heated up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and put it aside.
Phase 2: In a large basin, combine the meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, nutmeg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly blend until just blended. Form a ball with 1 and 1/4 tablespoons of the ingredients by scooping and rolling it. Finish by adding the rest of the mixture.
