Fantastic! The topping was the favorite part, but everyone enjoyed it!

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Add the sour cream and Lipton French Onion dip mix to a bowl and stir well. Blend well by mixing.
Third, lay the pork chops in a casserole dish, making sure they are not touching. (To ensure that the pork is covered on all sides, you may also place some sour cream on the bottom of the casserole dish.)
Fourth, coat the pork chops evenly with the sour cream and French onion dip batter. To ensure that every pork chop was well covered, we enjoyed dotting them with the cream mixture.
5. Top the pork chops with the fried onions and sprinkle the mixture over them.
6. Place aluminum foil over the casserole dish.
7. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Once the pork chops are cooked through and the fried onions have become a golden brown and crispy color, remove the foil and bake for another 15-30 minutes.
