Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese😋😍


What you need:
4 sourdough bread slices
8 ounces of sliced fresh mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 ripe avocado, and 1 big tomato
Toss with salt and pepper.
Leaves of fresh basil, if desired
What to do:
Bring a skillet to a medium heat.
Rub a little butter on both sides of each sourdough piece.
In the pan, lay two bread slices butter-side down.
On top of the bread in the pan, layer the slices of avocado, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. Toss in the salt and pepper.
If desired, garnish with crisp, fresh basil leaves.
