Creamy Spinach Dip Chicken Pasta Bake




Ingredients


  • 8 ounces penne pasta (or any pasta shape you prefer)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

  • 1/2 cup milk (or more, to adjust sauce consistency)
