What you should have.
One container of whipped topping, like Cool Whip, which is about eight ounces.
A box of instant vanilla pudding mix, 3.4 oz.
1 cup of milk, preferably whole or 2% fat.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
What should be done
Mix the pudding powder with the milk. Mix the milk and instant vanilla pudding in a bowl until smooth. Just wait a few minutes for it to become thicker.
Enhance with Vanilla Flavor: Mix the pudding ingredients together and add the vanilla extract.
Mix with whipped topping. Mix the pudding with the whipped topping and carefully combine them. To keep the mixture light and fluffy, be careful not to mix it too much.
Place in the refrigerator. Let the frosting sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before using it. It will be easy to spread or pour this on delicious food.
You can decorate cakes and cupcakes with the frosting or dip fruit in it, it's up to you. It feels very soft and is light and fluffy.
