Things needed:
ground beef, one pound
Chopped onion, one medium-sized
3 minced garlic cloves
Worcestershire sauce, measuring 1 tablespoon
A teaspoon of Dijon mustard
2 cups of whole milk and 4 cups of beef broth
1/2 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni
1 and a half cups of crumbled cheddar cheese
half a cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Season with salt and pepper separately.
For the garnish, chop some fresh parsley or chives.
