Cheesy Burger Soup Made in a Slow Cooker

Garlic, chopped
Bits of crispy bacon
Instructions
1. Get the ground beef brown.
Simmer the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until thickened.
Chop some onion and cut some garlic and add it with the ground meat.
The steak should be browned and the onions should be softened while cooking.
Get rid of any extra fat.
Step 2: Place in the Slow Cooker.
Set your slow cooker to low heat and add the meat mixture.
Toss in some sliced potatoes, corn from the freezer, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper, along with the beef stock.
Blend well by stirring.
3. Let the Soup Cook
Cook, covered, on low for four to six hours or high for two to three hours, or until potatoes are soft and flavors combine.
Fourth, Top with Cheese
The shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese should be stirred in around 30 minutes before to serving.
As the soup simmers, toss periodically to let the cheese melt.
Fifth, slather on the sour cream.
To make it extra creamy, stir in the sour cream just before serving.
Add more salt and pepper to taste after tasting the soup.
Also, refer to  Cinnamon Sourdough Rolls
6. Present and Garnish
Divide the soup into serving dishes.
If you want to add some more flavor and crunch, you may top it with chopped green onions and crispy bacon pieces.
Observations on the Recipe
Try using chopped sweet potatoes or cauliflower instead of potatoes for a change of pace.
Spice It Up: Sprinkle some cayenne pepper or dice some jalapeños on top.
Extra Thickness: Before you add the cheese, mash a few of the potatoes in the soup with a fork or potato masher.
You may keep leftovers in the fridge for three days or in the freezer for two months.
