Ingredients You’ll Need

Makes 6–8 servings

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no artificial sweeteners like xylitol—they’re toxic to dogs!)
  • 1 ripe banana , peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (unsweetened and unsalted, ensure it’s xylitol-free)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (optional, for added fiber and nutrients)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness—skip if your dog doesn’t need the extra sugar)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Ingredients

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, banana slices, peanut butter, and pumpkin puree (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If adding honey, blend it in at this stage.

Step 2: Pour into Molds

  1. Pour the mixture into silicone ice cube trays, popsicle molds, or small paper cups.
  2. If using paper cups, cover them with foil and insert a small dog biscuit or stick into each cup to create a “pup-sicle.”

Step 3: Freeze

  1. Place the molds or cups in the freezer and freeze for 4–6 hours , or until completely solid.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and serve one to your pup. Watch their tail wag with joy!
