Olive oil, if necessary, should be heated over medium heat in a big skillet or saucepan. After a few minutes of sautéing, add the minced garlic and onion and cook until they are tender.
Brown the ground beef by adding it to the pan. If needed, remove any surplus fat.
Second, stir in the chopped cabbage and heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until the cabbage begins to soften.
Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, chopped tomatoes (with juice), and step three: tomatoes. Mix thoroughly.
4. Simmer: Cover the pan and reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring periodically, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cabbage is soft.
Before serving, check the seasoning to see if it needs adjusting. Top with grated cheese if desired and serve hot.
