After drained, add spices according to your liking. Combine the ketchup and mashed tomatoes in a big bowl with a potato masher. Add the mashed tomatoes to the meat. Combine the drained macaroni with the meat mixture and toss until fully combined. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
Tomato juice isn't necessary for mine, but feel free to add more if you want yours with a lot of moisture. Since the noodles absorb much of the sauce over time, I think it would be a good addition to Phyllis's leftovers as well.
