One hundred grams of oat flakes (10 ingredients)
half a hundred milliliters of milk
one fully mature banana
a single egg
One teaspoon of salt
a spoonful of sweetener
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1.5 milligrams of baking soda
Sautee pan drippings
Instructions:
1. Get the Oatmeal Mixture Ready:
Chop the ground cinnamon, oats, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a mixing dish.
Next, crush the ripe banana until it's smooth in a separate dish.
Step 3: Combine All Ingredients: Mash the bananas with the milk and egg until well blended.
Add the liquid components to the dry ones and mix until barely mixed. There can be a few lumps in the batter.
Fourth, cook the pancakes by heating a little oil in a nonstick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
Add a ladleful of pancake batter to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for two to three minutes, or until bubbles appear on top.
Once the pancake is flipped, cook it for another two to three minutes, or until it becomes golden brown.
5. Keep going: Put more oil into the skillet if necessary and cook the pancakes in batches.
6. To serve, keep the pancakes warm and top with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or yogurt, or anything else you choose.
Enjoy these pancakes with some berries, sliced bananas, or a sprinkle of maple syrup or honey.
For an extra nutritional boost, try topping them with some yogurt or nut butter.
