Whenever my Hawaiian neighbor brought this over, I knew I had to get the recipe! Very highly recommended!

Recipe Items
4 chicken breasts (without bones and skin)
Use one cup of barbecue sauce.
Fresh or canned pineapple pieces, measuring 1 cup (drained, if canned),
2 minced garlic cloves
1-tsp. of olive oil
Spoonful of paprika
Toss with salt and pepper.
If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
How to Follow
Start by getting your oven up to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine the paprika, garlic, and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
Third, add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts before placing them in a baking tray.
4. Coat the chicken well by pouring the barbecue sauce mixture over it.
5 Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover it with pineapple pieces.
6. Before serving, drizzle the chicken and pineapples with olive oil.
The chicken should be cooked through and the sauce should be bubbling after 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven. 7.

8. If you'd like, you may top it up with some chopped cilantro or parsley just before serving.
Tips and Variations
Using a spicy or smokey barbecue sauce would be a great way to change things up in this dish and give it a whole new dimension of taste. Sweetness and texture may be enhanced by adding onions and bell peppers. Serve the chicken with a squeeze of fresh lime for an extra kick. Instead of roasting the chicken and pineapple, you may broil them for a lighter alternative.
