How to Follow
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. After you take the eyeballs out, use a fork to make many holes in each one, being careful to penetrate both surfaces.
2. Then, add salt to taste and gently coat each potato with olive oil.
3. Cling wrap each potato and set it in the slow cooker.
Leave it on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
5. When they are soft, serve and savor! That's it! Add cheese, sour cream, and bacon as garnishes if you want.
